Skokie hotel trial dismissal created ‘one free rape rule,’ panel finds

CHICAGO (May 3, 2018) – An appeals panel on Wednesday reversed the dismissal of a suit against a Skokie hotel by a guest who was allegedly raped by a hotel employee. The Plaintiff is represented by Tara R. Devine and Elizabeth R. Olszewski of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C.
