CHICAGO (November 16, 2023) – During a press conference on Wednesday, November 15, Shannon O’Brien and her attorneys at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard spoke about a lawsuit filed against Frontier Airlines and the greater need to make air travel more accessible for all people. Ms. O’Brien, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a disease that affects motor neurons in the spinal cord and severely limits her movements, had her custom wheelchair inexplicably lost by Frontier Airlines, and then returned to her damaged after several days.
