CHICAGO (May 1, 2024) – A Fayette County Circuit Court jury awarded a $12.2 million verdict to a semitruck driver who suffered a spinal injury in a rear-end collision with a pickup truck.
The $12.2 million verdict includes damages for past and future mental pain, suffering, permanent impairment and medical expenses he sustained due to the crash.
