Elizabeth Olszewski discusses drunk driving liability in Wisconsin with TMJ4

KENOSHA, Wis. (February 20, 2018) – On New Year’s Day in Kenosha, a drunk driver went over the center lane, killing 53-year-old Djuana Latshaw in a wrong way, head-on crash. The driver admitted to drinking for hours at a nearby bar prior to the crash.
