TJ Saye is responsible for the operations, administration and marketing activities at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. Mr. Salvi originally hired Mr. Saye in 1998 to become one of the first Plaintiff law firm Marketing Directors in the country. He left Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard in 2001 to manage the public relations and marketing efforts of a two-thousand attorney corporate firm; assisting in the one of the largest law firm mergers in history and then supervising the marketing crisis team during the loss of their World Trade Center office in New York on September 11, 2001. He then worked for a Chicago corporate law firm and joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. as the Chief Operating Officer in 2005.
Mr. Saye is on the advisory board of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. Prior to MADD, he co-founded The Michael Matters Foundation, Inc., and served as Foundation President in 2013 and as Treasurer in 2015. He is a past member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), and the Personal Injury Lawyers Marketing & Management Association (PILMMA). He also served on the board for the Chicago Chapter of the United Cerebral Palsy Association.
Mr. Saye helped secure a LMA Your Honor Awards in 2015, 2012, and 2010, and received an Honorary Mention in 2014. Other honors secured for the firm include being listed among the “Best Law Firms” by U.S. News & World Report every year since 2015, 2014 Daily Herald Business Ledger Business Excellence Honoree, and a 2013 Chicago Business Journal Best Place to Work Finalist.
Mr. Saye received his Bachelor of Arts degree (English) from the University of Wisconsin at Steven’s Point and a Master’s of Science degree (Integrated Marketing Communication) from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.
