Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard Partners Tara R. Devine and Jennifer L. Ashley to Speak at LCBA Criminal Law Seminar

Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard partners Tara R. Devine and Jennifer L. Ashley will present at the 2024 LCBA Criminal Law Seminar. The seminar will take place from November 6 – November 8 and be held at DoubleTree by Hilton in Downtown Nashville, TN.

Ms. Devine and Ms. Ashley will present on how civil and criminal cases overlap and can support one another, including discussions on FOIA, Fifth Amendment protections, and collateral estoppel.

Tara R. Devine joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in 2004 and became the firm’s first female partner in 2011. In 2018, Ms. Devine was promoted to Managing Partner of the firm’s Lake County office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice and product liability cases. Jennifer L. Ashley joined Salvi, Schostok & Prichard P.C. in 2012 and was named Partner in 2014. She focuses her practice on the areas of personal injury and wrongful death law including cases that involve car accidents, premises liability and products liability.
