Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard Partner David J. Rashid presented at the 2025 AAJ Winter Convention on the topic of “Using Demonstratives to Aid in Causation”. Mr. Rashid spoke on Saturday, February 15 at 9:05 a.m. at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. The entire convention was held at The Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, Florida, from February 15-18. Mr. Rashid joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in 2023, where he concentrates his legal practice on cases concerning catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence and wrongful death. In his first trial with the firm, Mr. Rashid obtained a $32.7 million jury verdict on behalf of a man who had to undergo a foot amputation due to a delayed diagnosis of a blood clot.
